separation pay

 just like cancer the one who kills the investor and the government money is the SEPARATION PAY,after 20 years of business and serving the government the silent killers called separation pay exist, no one knows it will come when the investor and the government fall down until they experience it.the rights of the employee and the employer will be met if the separation pay will used rightly,by revisioning the separation pay like if the employees have sss ,philhealth ,bonuses and other priveleges the separation pay will not exist in favor of the government and the investor vice versa if the employer dont have the sss ,philhealth ,bonuses and other priveleges the separation pay will exist in favor of the employees,to have investor to come and to stop corruption in the government  revision orupgrading of the silent killer called SEPARATION PAY .by:julius santiago ang
